What You 'll Do * Partner with local business owners to deliver tailored benefit solutions. * Build relationships through company-provided leads, personal networking, and referrals. * Conduct engaging benefit presentations and enrollments both onsite and virtually. * Provide exceptional service and claims support to new and existing policyholders. * Participate in team meetings, training, and mentorship programs to continuously grow your skill set.
