ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for ambitious Sales Representatives (Inside Sales) to join our founding team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking relief from the IRS, guiding them through their options with empathy and expertise. This is more than just a job; it's a career launchpad with unlimited potential in a company that's scaling fast. HOW YOU'LL BE REWARDED Unlimited Earning Potential -- no cap, no ceiling. You'll have the freedom to control your income and get rewarded for every client you help. * Base pay: $17/hour (full-time, 40 hours/week) * Commission: Average $10,000 - $20,000 per month in realistic earnings potential * Top performers: Can earn $200K+ annually As an early team member, you'll also have direct visibility with leadership, growth opportunities into management, and the chance to help shape how we sell, serve, and scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Engage & Discover: Speak with warm inbound leads who have requested help. Understand their story, goals, and financial picture through thoughtful questions and active listening. * Educate & Advise: Break down complex tax issues into clear, simple solutions. Present programs that fit each client's situation with honesty and transparency. * Own the Process: Manage your own sales pipeline -- from first call to enrollment -- while maintaining detailed CRM notes and follow-ups. * Collaborate: Work closely with our tax specialists, marketing team, and leadership to improve scripts, workflows, and client experience. * Deliver Results: Meet and exceed individual and team goals through professionalism, empathy, and persistence.
