• Competitive pay ($3,000 - $3,500/month guarantee) with uncapped commissions (25%-30%)

• Comprehensive training program covering sales, marketing, and industry knowledge What You 'll Do - Sales & Lead Generation:
• Conduct front property lawn analyses (10 per week) & generate commercial proposals
• Re-engage lost leads and perform quality checks on current customers
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with technicians & sales teams
• Participate in door-to-door & B2B canvassing campaigns (40%-50% of time)
• Develop new business opportunities (10 per week) and attend joint sales appointments Community & Brand Representation:
• Attend networking events (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, trade shows, etc.)
• Build local relationships with landscapers, pool companies, HVAC businesses
• Represent the company at promotional events and help create marketing content Sales Goals & Performance Metrics:
• Meet a minimum monthly sales goal of $15,000 in new services
• Conduct 150 new contacts, 50 customer conversations, and 30 proposals weekly
• Set up one community event per month and establish three new trade partnerships

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business/marketing preferred)
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service a plus
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking
