Full description of the position
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan The deadline to submit applications is initially set for February 16, 2026. This is how you WOW: * Collaborative Sales and Business Development: Actively sell Karcher's full range of professional cleaning equipment and solutions to clients in core verticals, including: o K-12 & Higher Education: Schools, universities, and educational institutions. o Hospitality: Hotels, resorts, and restaurants. o Industrial & Logistics: Warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. o Healthcare: Hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. o Building Service Contractors (BSCs): Janitorial and cleaning companies. * Driving Direct and Dealer Sales: You will be responsible for driving leads and closing sales in your assigned territory. This includes managing a direct sales pipeline and working closely with our authorized dealers to support their sales efforts and foster new opportunities. Your ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners is key to success. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their specific cleaning needs and providing tailored solutions. This also involves working as a team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support. * Territory and Team Management: Effectively manage and grow a designated sales territory. This includes prospecting for new leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and closing deals. You'll be an integral part of our sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive, results-driven culture. * Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management and the team. Travel: This position requires frequent travel (up to 75%) within your assigned territory for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows. You will be expected to manage your schedule and travel expenses efficiently. It would be WOW if you would bring this in: * Experience: 1+ years of experience with sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the cleaning, janitorial, or related industries is a plus. * Skills: o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with both direct clients and dealer partners. o Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals. o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team. o Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. o Ability to travel within the assigned territory. Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
