We're looking for a driven Account Manager who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Position Overview The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and recruiting high-quality candidates to meet client staffing needs. This role blends sales, account management, and recruiting--ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and results-driven work. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales * Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve growth goals. * Prospect for new business through cold calls, networking, social media, and local events. * Present customized staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements. * Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM activity record. Account Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. * Partner with hiring managers to understand their goals and workforce needs. * Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for expansion. * Ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Recruiting & Talent Sourcing * Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking. * Screen and interview applicants to evaluate skills, experience, and fit. * Manage the full recruitment cycle--from job posting to offer acceptance. * Align candidate goals with client expectations to ensure long-term placements. Operations & Reporting * Track and report sales, recruiting activity, and revenue performance. * Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations. * Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to drive results. Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales/account management. * Proven success managing the full sales and recruiting cycle. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience preferred. * Comfortable visiting client sites, including manufacturing and industrial facilities. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
