Full description of the position
Title: Account Executive-Automotive F & I Location: On the Road (this is a hunting and prospecting position) Reporting to: Partners The Team: Nationwide Automotive Consultant providing dealership training and F&I products/services seeks an experienced and dedicated Account Executive. Our F & I team takes pride in being upfront, honest, and ethical at all times and is committed to delivering responsive service to our partnered dealerships. If you are looking to get out of the dealership daily grand and into a dynamic regional travel position where you can earn The Perks: * An opportunity to work with a great team that is passionate about the same thing you are! * Unlimited Growth Potential * Hands-on Management Support The Daily: * Aggressive prospect and pursue new accounts * Ensure acquired dealership staff is properly trained on product knowledge and the presentation process for F&I product lines * Troubleshoot any internal dealer issues to improve overall dealership performance * Create, prepare, and review reports to meet/exceed partnered dealership objectives and goals * Effectively communicate with all levels of partnered dealership personnel * Work independently and manage daily calendar with supervisor support Education and Experience: * Minimum of 3 years Retail automotive F & I preferred, will consider salespersons with strong track record of success. * Proven track record of success in growing business preferred * Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the Southwest region-75% travel required * Excellent communication skills: verbal and written * Excellent presentation skills * Ability to interact effectively with partnered dealership staff at all levels * Ability to travel daily within assigned territory; must have own means of transportation to perform job functions * Ability to work independently and manage daily activities accordingly; time management * Strong work ethic and attention to detail What we have to offer: * Guaranteed income; commensurate with experience * Medical benefits * Dental and Vision benefits * 401k with employer match * Paid time off: vacation, sick, personal Position Type: Fulltime/Exempt Don't meet every single requirement?
