Full description of the position
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Skilled Trades Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional client service in the skilled trades sector. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and working in the field, with a strong focus on developing business and supporting team success. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting & Cold Calling: Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and in-person visits. * Client Servicing: Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication (calls, emails, and on-site visits), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Job Management: Manage incoming job orders, ensuring clear communication between clients and recruiting teams to fill openings efficiently and accurately. * Bullhorn CRM Management: Enter and maintain accurate client and job information in Bullhorn to track activity, pipeline, and performance. * Jobsite Canvassing: Conduct regular visits to jobsites to build relationships, assess client needs, and identify opportunities for additional support. * Travel: Travel as needed to meet with clients, visit jobsites, and attend industry events. * Team Support: Assist in the onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of new business development team members to support team growth and success.
