Job Responsibilities * Sales executives are responsible for maintaining, prospecting and generating new business with retail insurance brokers * Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals * Attend industry conventions and meetings * Meet all marketing expectations. Daily phone calls, meetings and emails * Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services * Utilize CRM Pipeline Deals program for scheduling, pipeline reporting, developing prospective, customer profiles and documenting all sales-related activities * Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business Requirements * Candidates must have insurance industry background and knowledge * Minimum 2 years in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be organized with good time management skills. * Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed sales/revenue goals. * Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation * Strong and driven work ethic * Background Check * Applicants must reside and manage a territory in one of the following states to be considered: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, New York Pennsylvania or Texas.
