What We Offer: * Full-time position : Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM * Compensation : Hourly wage + commission + bonuses * Earning potential : $60,000 - $80,000+ in your first year * Pre-licensing assistance : We'll help you get licensed (if not already) * One-on-one mentorship with a qualified and successful Farmers Agent * Clear career path to Agency Ownership or Senior Producer role * Multiple locations available across Southern California Responsibilities: * Learn and apply the Farmers Insurance sales and service process * Work closely with mentor agent to meet sales and service goals * Provide quotes and consult clients on insurance needs (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.) * Follow up with leads and prospects * Maintain compliance with licensing and industry regulations Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset * Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry * Sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Already licensed?
