To be a successful Sales Agent you must be: * Highly Sales Oriented * Able to Multitask * Punctual * Career Minded * Coachable * Team Player * Have High Integrity * Hard working Job Requirements: * Personal Lines or P&C Insurance Licensed * A great self-starter * Quote and Bind Insurance * Cross Sell Other Lines of Business * Strong Computer Skills * Proficient in Word, Excel and various Windows Applications * High school or Equivalent * Sales Experience Responsibilities * Lead Procurement, B2B/B2C Marketing, Social Media Networking, Attend Events, Local Chamber Meetings, BNI Groups * Utilize computer skills to manage client information and documentation efficiently. * Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, including Personal Lines and Property & Casualty Licenses. * Engage in sales activities to promote GEICO products and services. * Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. * Utilize Microsoft Word / Excel for reporting and data management tasks. * Build referral networks that generate high quality clientele for GEICO Gilbert.
