About Us We're a fast-growing B2B technology company providing a full hardware + software SaaS solution to businesses across the U.S. We help bars & restaurant businesses modernize operations through powerful software, integrated payments, and enterprise-grade hardware, all with a white-glove customer experience. We are expanding our sales floor and looking for a high-energy, process- driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale an inbound-only inside sales team. About the Role As the Sales Manager, you will run the day-to-day performance of the sales floor, drive activity and conversions, and coach the team to consistently hit KPI goals. You'll own pipeline management, forecasting, process execution, promotions, and reps' development and performance. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching reps, and knows how to turn a sales floor into a predictable revenue engine. What You 'll Do Lead the Sales Team * Manage, motivate, and develop a growing team of B2B reps * Run daily standups, weekly 1:1s, and live coaching sessions * Hold reps accountable to KPIs (calls, demos, proposals, closes) Own Pipeline & Forecasting * Oversee daily pipeline health and stage movement * Ensure all leads are worked within SLA * Maintain accurate daily/weekly forecasts for leadership Improve Sales Process * Refine scripts, talk tracks, email templates, and follow-up sequences * Ensure reps follow a consistent discovery -> demo -> close workflow * Listen to call recordings and provide targeted coaching Execute Promotions & Incentives * Roll out monthly promotions and bonuses * Track promo performance and ROI * Build contests, spiffs, and leaderboards to drive activity Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Marketing on lead quality and funnel performance * Collaborate with Ops for pricing, installation scheduling, and multi-location deals * Provide product feedback to technical teams Reporting & Analytics * Review dashboards daily * Publish weekly team performance reports * Identify bottlenecks and implement immediate fixes * Recommend hiring, training, and structural improvements What We 're Looking For Required * 3+ years of experience in B2B sales management * Strong understanding of SaaS or hardware + software sales * Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales reps * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Strong forecasting and CRM discipline * High energy, team-first leadership style * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Preferred * Experience with POS, payments, restaurant tech, or field services * Experience running an inside sales floor with high lead volume * Familiarity with NEPQ or similar sales frameworks Pay: $85,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
