We're looking for a Bilingual Sales Manager to help grow our Medical Spa by attracting new clients and promoting our full range of beauty and wellness services. Med Spa Sales Manager - Key Responsibilities The Med Spa Sales Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires a resultsdriven individual with strong communication skills, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of aesthetic and wellness services. Primary Responsibilities * Achieve monthly sales goals by leading consultations, coaching staff, and implementing effective conversion strategies. * Structure and manage payroll to ensure labor efficiency, proper staffing levels, and alignment with company financial targets. * Oversee and manage inventory including ordering, tracking, cost control, and ensuring all products and supplies are adequately stocked. * Supervise daytoday operations to maintain smooth workflow, high service standards, and consistent patient satisfaction across the clinic. * Provide clear, confident explanations of services , treatment plans, and membership options to patients, ensuring they fully understand benefits, expectations, and pricing. Requirements: * Must speak English and Spanish. * Previous experience in sales (preferably in health, aesthetics, or wellness). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. * Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude. * Professional appearance and demeanor.
