Full description of the position

MUST be able to work Sunday AM shift: 6AM-2PM We are looking for an organized Scanning /File Clerk to help maintain the pricing integrity system for the store. You will be expected to protect and update pricing and computer files. Must maintain pricing in both computer system as well as the sales floor through hanging of pricing tags and signs on product and displays. A file clerk must be organized and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers and detail-oriented. Responsibilities * Hanging Price Tags and Sign Work on the sales floor. * Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc. * Work in scale management systems as well as store pricing system to set off batches to set correct pricing for store. * Work with vendors on pricing integrity and placement of product on sales floor. * Must work with store ordering system to order product and supplies for the facility. * Follow policies and confidentiality to safeguard data and information * Skills * Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc. * Good command of English both oral and written * Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies * Excellent organizational skills * Great attention to detail * High school degree or equivalent Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
