Position Summary: Lexor is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accuracy of inventory activities, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and assisting in the supervision of warehouse personnel. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and cross- functional departments--including Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting--to ensure efficient order processing and inventory flow. The ideal candidate is a dependable team leader with hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination. Required Skills: * Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well * Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks * Commitment to safety protocols and workplace safety practices * Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving * Bilingual in English and Vietnamese * Experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central warehouse management system is preferred Job Duties: * Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse fulfillment activities, including order packaging, shipping, and receiving * Coordinate with the Sales and Accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate order shipments * Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment * Monitor and track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy * Support coordination of inbound and outbound shipments with other Lexor warehouse branches (MD, TX, and CA) * Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to help anticipate inventory needs * Assist with planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet operational goals and deadlines * Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the warehouse * Help train and support warehouse team members to meet quality and productivity standards * Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to a high-performance work environment Pay and Benefits: Pay is $23 - $26 per hour with full benefits include: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Dental and Vision insurance * Holiday pay * Paid time off * Paid Sick leave Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Language: * Vietnamese (Required) Ability to Commute: * Elkridge, MD 21075 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Elkridge, MD 21075: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
