About the Program Our comprehensive six-week training program is built to launch your underwriting career. Whether you're new to the industry or transitioning from another role, you'll gain hands-on experience with Non-QM loan products, credit risk assessment, compliance, and our proprietary lending technology. Upon successful completion, you'll be fully equipped to begin underwriting loans within our fast-paced, supportive environment.
