Apptricity Corporation, the global leader in real-time enterprise asset, inventory, field services, and spend management technology, is currently seeking a passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you will provide essential support to improve the productivity and operations of our Sales and Marketing teams. Our Salesforce Admin will provide important visibility and analytics information on a regular basis to our leadership team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in serving our clients and team members by acting as the liaison between clients, sales, marketing, and leadership. Location: Full-time, Onsite in Irving, Tx What You 'll Do: * Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process with a focus on improving and evolving a qualified lead process, distribution, and management * Provide Sales, Marketing, and Leadership with accurate reporting on the organization's key performance indicators on a weekly basis including actionable steps to improve the experience delivered to current and future customers * Process and coordinate new sales leads with Leadership to our Sales Team * Coordinate the preparation of all contracts and bid invitations * Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, custom reports, dashboards, and workflows * Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues within Salesforce * Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements What You 'll Need to Succeed * Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools, including a deep understanding of custom objects, page layouts, workflows, process builder, flow builder, and validation rules * Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permissions, record-level access, field-level access, roles, and hierarchies * Administrative or Sales background * Proficiency in MS Office Suite, WordPress, and HubSpot * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience * We proudly support and encourage people with military experience, as well as military spouses, to apply What you 'll Gain Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance * 401(k) plan * Paid vacation, personal, and sick time * Paid holidays * Employee Assistance Program Onsite Perks * A relaxed dress code - dress for your day! * Onsite gym at our Irving, Tx office * Healthy snacks provided daily within breakroom Who We Are Apptricity Corporation is the Global Leader in delivering Real-Time Enterprise SaaS Solutions for Enterprise Asset, Inventory, Field Services and Spend Management.
