What we are looking for We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations and deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. This role is 100% in-office and plays a critical part in ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and taken care of. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients, answering calls, addressing questions, routing requests, and making sure every interaction reflects the Monarch standard of care. This is not a sales role. The focus is on customer service, communication, organization, and support. There is significant growth opportunity in this position. The ideal candidate comes from a hospitality or customer service background and genuinely enjoys helping people.
