Position - Inside Sales Assistant for Manufacturer Manufacturer looking for an Inside Sales Assistant person to work with inside and outside sales team. The primary responsibility is to process orders, update spreadsheets, assist sales team with daily needs and marketing items. Responsibilities will include: The Sales Engineer Assistant responsibilities will include, but not limited to: * Assisting inside sales engineers with daily functions * Assist with CRM system updates. * Familiarize and use quote form, including taking quote numbers and closing out/following up. * Familiarize and use Macola, enter orders, clean up item master, print deviations look up repeat work order numbers and enter/clean up customer information. * Open order reports * Assist at inside sales engineers' desk during vacations for customer daily activities/interaction. * Use of outlook emails/calendar/task items. * Learn materials and adhesives * Assist VP-Sales with various projects * Assist Inside Sales Manager with various projects * Assist with newsletters and marketing blasts * Training through the facility which includes working/assisting in each department in the production facility for a day. This position is to assist the graphics sales team in an effort to increase sales, maintain existing accounts and support the team.
