What You 'll Do * Lead and manage personnel within the Prepress (Graphics) Department. * Oversee and share in daily production tasks: pre-flighting, proofing, trapping, and final file preparation for print. * Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure error free results. * Troubleshoot artwork file or system issues and recommend solutions. * Oversee electronic file management, version control, and system of file backups. * Purchase department supplies and administer company communications, policies, and directives. What We 're Looking For * Minimum 7 years of experience in a prepress production environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Quality- and customer-focused mindset with strong leadership skills. * Thorough knowledge of Flexo, Digital, and Litho print processes. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). * Experience with Preps or other imposition software. * Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of color management and color correction techniques.
