White Plains Honda, the #1 Honda dealership in Westchester , is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our fast- paced, customer-focused team. This role is critical to our sales success and is ideal for individuals who are goal-driven, confident on the phone, and eager to grow in the automotive industry. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound sales leads, setting high-quality appointments for our Sales Department, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to showroom arrival. Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, internet leads, and text/email inquiries * Set and confirm sales appointments with potential customers * Follow up consistently with prospects using CRM tools * Maintain accurate and detailed customer records * Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals * Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer communication * Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants * Represent the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications * Strong communication and phone skills * High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic * Ability to handle objections and stay motivated * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred (training provided) * Automotive or call center experience a plus, but not required * Must be reliable, punctual, and coachable What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay + commission/bonus structure * Paid training and ongoing coaching * Growth opportunities within the dealership * Supportive leadership and team environment * Health benefits available * Employee discounts Schedule * Full-time position * Weekend availability required * Day and evening shifts available Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,440.00 - $86,690.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Ability to commute/relocate: * White Plains, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Dealership: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
