Job Title: Field Technician, Customer Training Department: Service Reports To: Assistant Customer Training Manager Location: 144 Railroad Drive Ivyland, PA 18974 General Summary: The Field Technician, Customer Training employee conducts installations and training for several Wassenburg Medical devices. This role also includes re- trainings, repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting via email, phone or in-person, and provides in-factory support for any inquiry from our customer base.

Essential Functions

:

• Required to travel to facilities to perform installations, trainings, service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting on machines and equipment in the field. Up to 25% overnight travel may be required.
• Assists Service and other Customer Training technicians with technical questions and other various assignments.
• Addresses customer questions and concerns.
• Answers incoming phone calls and documents accordingly.
• Troubleshoots via phone or email professionally.
• Assist Wassenburg Medical Sales personnel in all forms of systems sales, service, installs, and hospital personnel.
• Assist in training of coworkers in areas of service and customer training when designated.
• Assist the Assistant Customer Training Manager with all assigned tasks.
• Assist all company personnel with questions and answers on a variety of subjects.
• Addresses inquiries related to adapters, installation, customer training, and service.
• Maintains spreadsheets for specific tasks and areas that are required.
• Interacts with Sales personnel to coordinate paperwork and forms prior to installation and training.
• Complete and maintain all forms and files related to Device History Records (DHR), FDA regulations, and computer records.
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Technically inclined.
• Other duties as assigned by Management. Education Required: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or 2 or more years of work experience in a related field. Practical Experience: Proficient in the use of a computer. Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge required. Previous travel experience preferred. Previous electrical, mechanical, appliance, or repair work preferred. Aptitude Required:
