Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our inhouse team. This role blends customer engagement, inside sales, and handson support for marketing initiatives that promote our equipment and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and proactive, with a strong ability to communicate value and support customers throughout the buying process. This is a fully onsite position with no travel required. Key Responsibilities Customer Service * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product information, and service needs * Provide timely, accurate, and courteous support via phone, email, and inperson communication * Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution * Maintain detailed customer records and follow established service protocols * Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes Sales & Account Support * Manage inbound sales inquiries and guide customers through product options and purchasing decisions * Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accuracy of all sales documentation * Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers to promote new products, upgrades, and service offerings * Support the sales team with lead qualification, followups, and customer engagement Marketing Support & Equipment Promotion * Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for equipment and product lines * Support digital marketing efforts, including updating product listings, assisting with website content, and coordinating email campaigns * Help maintain accurate product information, pricing, and promotional details across marketing channels * Collaborate with management to develop targeted outreach campaigns for equipment sales * Gather customer feedback and market insights to support marketing strategy and product positioning Internal Collaboration * Work closely with production, operations, and management to ensure seamless order fulfillment Qualifications * 3-5+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, marketing support, or related roles * Experience supporting marketing activities such as content updates, email campaigns, or product promotions * Highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities * Problemsolving mindset with a customerfirst approach What We Offer * Competitive compensation and benefits * Stable, onsite role with predictable hours and minor travel requirements Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
