Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Remote Real Estate Closer, where you will play a vital role in finalizing real estate transactions with precision and professionalism. Duties * Prepare and review settlement statements for real estate transactions * Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and funding requirements * Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the transaction * Ensure each transaction complies with company policies and applicable laws and regulations Experience required- must have experience working at a bank, mortgage company or real estate closing firm as a closer. Applications without experience will not be considered. * Candidates may be asked to complete a mock Closing Disclosure (CD) balancing exercise during the interview.
