Our agency in San Antonio, TX is looking for an EXPERIENCED and ACTIVELY LICENSED insurance professional to join our team! Working with us provides you with the ability to help people when they need it most while providing for you an your family! We offer a COMPETITIVE BASE salary with an ATTRACTIVE BONUS structure! Responsibilities * Answer incoming phone calls promptly. * Policy changes and reviews. * Cross-sell to other lines of business. * Cancellation follow-ups. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Develop new Financial Services opportunities. * Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. * Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Requirements: We are currently seeking individuals who have an ACTIVE property and casualty insurance license; highly motivated, unlicensed candidates will also be evaluated. * minimum 2 years insurance experience PREFERRED, NOT required. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Strong attention to detail with time management and decision making skills. * Prior customer service or sales experience preferred. * Ability to be persuasive, persistent and confident in completing a sale. * Active Property and Causality License Preferred * Bilingual is Preferred but not required Benefits * Competitive Base Salary & Bonus Opportunities * Health Insurance * Paid time off * Agency holidays * Flexible Schedule The Fernandez Agency LLC is centered on seeking new customers through sales and maintaining them with exceptional customer service.
