Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in the wheel and tire industry. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of wheels and tires, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers * Promote and sell wheels and tires to dealers, retailers, and wholesale customers * Manage accounts, pricing, and product recommendations based on customer needs * Identify new sales opportunities and grow assigned territories * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity * Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, and management) to ensure smooth order fulfillment * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions * Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the wheel and/or tire industry * Strong knowledge of wheel and tire products, fitments, and applications * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently * Proficient with basic computer systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets) * Existing customer base or industry contacts * Experience with wholesale, dealer, or B2B sales * Knowledge of aftermarket automotive products * Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required) What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure * Opportunity for growth within a growing company * Supportive team environment * Product training and ongoing support How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience.
