Job description Champion CJDR of Brighton growing Business Development Center is looking for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as appointment coordinators for our sales department. No automotive experience required. Call center and sales professionals looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their career apply here! Responsibilities: * Appointment Generator: You will generate sales appointments for customers to meet with Sales Representatives. You must be comfortable selling and asking for the appointment while continuously making phone calls, texting and sending emails throughout the buying process. * Relationship Building : Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and texting. * Follow-Up : Continuously follow up with leads and prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel. * CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions and engagements with potential clients using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. * Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of the company's automotive products or services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients. In essence, an Automotive BDR is focused on driving new business opportunities and fostering client relationships to support the overall growth objectives of the company. Qualifications: * Must enjoy talking to people * Speak clearly and distinctly * Work with the team to achieve the common goal. * Enjoy making outbound phone calls * Be able to establish instant rapport. * Must be able to control voice inflections-must sound professional * Bilingual is a plus. * Computer Proficiency * Team player. * Driven to achieve goals and highest level of honesty and integrity. * Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct.
