Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize service skills to handle customer concerns effectively. * Assist with retail sales and provide product recommendations based on customer needs. * Call potential customers as needed to obtain 5 quotes per day. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or related fields such as retail sales or insurance sales. * Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Prior Property and Casualty experience * Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.
