Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Training and Certification Coordinator to oversee ongoing training initiatives and certification programs within our organization. This role is essential in fostering continuous learning, professional development, and talent management. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in instructional design, adult education, and learning technology, ensuring that training programs are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula using instructional design principles such as ADDIE methodology. * Design engaging e-learning content utilizing tools like Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, and LMS platforms such as Workday or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). * Facilitate employee orientation sessions, classroom training, and virtual learning delivery with strong presentation and public speaking skills. * Manage program design for talent management, succession planning, and performance management initiatives. * Conduct research and data collection to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with HR teams on employee evaluation processes, HR sourcing, and human capital management strategies. * Lead change management efforts related to new training initiatives or organizational redesigns. * Mentor employees through mentoring programs and support employee relations efforts related to learning & development. * Maintain documentation of training activities, certifications, and compliance records. * Stay current with industry trends in training delivery, learning technology, and adult education best practices. Skills * Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design (ADDIE), and program management. * Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint, and HRIS systems. * Strong knowledge of adult education principles, content development, and technical writing. * Experience with e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and integrating learning technology solutions. * Excellent communication skills for public speaking, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization design insights. * Skills in data analysis for research purposes and employee evaluation metrics. * Familiarity with change management processes and HR-related systems such as Human Resources Management (HRM) software. * Demonstrated ability in mentoring, conflict management, employee relations, and HR sourcing strategies.
