Job Overview Perfectly Clear Water Inc., a leading provider of water filtration solutions, seeks a skilled and reliable Water Filtration Technician. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and servicing of water filtration systems for residential clients. The ideal candidate will have light plumbing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Installation and Service : Install and service water filtration systems, including reverse osmosis systems, carbon tanks, and water softeners. * Plumbing Work : Perform light plumbing tasks, primarily involving PVC pipes. * Routine Maintenance : Conduct regular maintenance, including under-sink filter changes and system checks. * Salt Delivery : Deliver and refill water softener salt for clients (requires lifting up to 50 lbs). * Water Types : Work with both well water and city water systems. * Driving : Travel to client locations with a company vehicle to perform installations and service calls. * Customer Service : Provide professional and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction. * Commissions : Earn additional income through sales and referrals of water filtration products. Requirements * Experience : Basic plumbing knowledge (PVC knowledge preferred), basic sales experience desired * Driving Record : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Physical Ability : Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. * Work Schedule : Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Professionalism : Strong communication and customer service skills. * Tools and Equipment : Familiarity with tools used for water filtration system installation and maintenance. Compensation and Benefits * Pay : Competitive commission structure with weekly payouts based on completed services. $20-$25/hr position with $18 to start and train. * Benefits : Eligible for benefits after one year of service * Growth Opportunities : Additional income through commissions on sales and referrals.
