ENTRY LEVEL SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR JOB REQUIRMENTS * Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in wholesale, customer service, sales operations or a related field. * Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains a plus * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines. * Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends. * Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs. * Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues. * Familiarity with Systems: Knowledge of wholesale order management systems and/or EDI systems is a plus. ENTRY LEVEL SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR JOB DUTIES * Order Management: Processing sales orders, managing order status, and providing order confirmations. * Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, working with merchandising, and potentially participating in inventory forecasting. * Shipping and Receiving: Booking and routing shipments, coordinating with warehouses and carriers, and tracking shipments. * Logistics: Review factory/forwarder packing lists, track containers and verify receipt of goods, maintain excel files. * Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports, analyzing data to support wholesale growth, and providing key insights. * Communication: Communicating with accounts, internal teams, and external vendors. * Problem Solving: Resolving issues related to order processing, inventory, or shipping. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. * System Management: Ensuring accurate data entry, system maintenance, and data management.
