About the Opportunity We are a physician-led, luxury plastic surgery practice and medical spa seeking an experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, advanced technology, and long-term patient relationships. This is a career-forward role for an aesthetician who wants to work collaboratively with a board-certified plastic surgeon , utilize industry-leading devices , and build comprehensive, results-driven treatment plans--not just perform isolated services. This Role Is Ideal for You If: * You enjoy creating 6 -12 month skin health plans * You are confident recommending medical-grade skincare * You value outcomes, education, and patient trust * You thrive in a luxury, team-oriented, medical environment * You want advanced training and growth , not just a room schedule This Role Is Not Ideal If: * You prefer a purely spa-only setting * You are uncomfortable with documentation, protocols, or outcomes tracking * You are not sales- or relationship-oriented Core Responsibilities * Perform medical aesthetic treatments within scope of VA licensure, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, lasers, and body contouring * Develop personalized, comprehensive care plans aligned with patient goals * Educate patients on routine skincare, wellness, and maintenance * Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare and service packages * Build long-term patient relationships to improve retention and outcomes * Collaborate with clinical, surgical, and front-office teams * Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and infection-control standards * Document services accurately in EMR * Participate in staff meetings, training, and promotional events Technologies You'll Work With (Training provided--experience with all not required) * CoolSculpting Elite * Emsculpt NEO, Emtone, Emsella * Sciton Laser Platform (BBL, HALO, TRL) * SkinPen, Aquagold Fine Touch * Plasma Pen * Medical-grade skincare lines Qualifications * Active Virginia Esthetician License * Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics setting * Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills * Comfort with EMR systems and Microsoft Office * Plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology experience a plus * Bilingual preferred (not required) * Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays * Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly pay ($20 -$35/hour) * Commission & retail incentives * Health, dental & vision insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off * Professional development & advanced device training * Generous employee treatment & product perks Our Culture We are intentionally selective.
