Retail Sales Associate - West Hollywood, CA Location: West Hollywood, CA Pay: $20 per hour Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Up to 28 hours per week) Monday 9-7pm Tuesday 9-3pm Friday 9-3pm Sunday: 11-7pm. Work Location: 100% On-Site Schedule: Weekends as needed Are you passionate about customer service, wellness, and delivering an exceptional guest experience? We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in West Hollywood, CA! If you enjoy helping others, engaging with customers, and showcasing innovative wellness products , this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You 'll Do:

• Provide a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for all guests.
• Educate customers on therapeutic wellness products , including massage beds and massage chairs.
• Understand and assess each guest's wellness needs to recommend the right product solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
• Effectively communicate product benefits, features, and promotions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to presentation standards (including sanitizing products after guest use).
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are

• A customer-focused professional with a passion for health, wellness, and retail.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to engage, educate, and build relationships with customers.
• A team player who is proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with handling inbound and outbound customer calls.

Requirements

:

• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site in West Hollywood.
