Exceptional Care Services (ECS) is seeking dedicated LCSWs, LMHCs, and LPCCs to join our growing behavioral health team. As part of ECS, you'll work alongside a collaborative network of psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver high-quality, patient- centered care. Whether you're facilitating therapy sessions on-site or via telemedicine, your work will help shape recovery journeys and improve lives. What You 'll Do: * Provide individual and group therapy to patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges. * Develop and manage treatment and recovery plans from intake to discharge. * Monitor progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. * Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors. * Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth across ECS partner facilities. What We 're Looking For: * Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. * Active licensure as LCSW, LMHC or LMFT. * Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. * Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset. * Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.
