You'll deliver high-quality eye exams, ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for, and help guide them through their eyewear journey. What You'll Do: * Assist patients and collect eye measurements for the Doctor of Optometry * Maintain exam rooms and store organization * Welcome customers and present the Sixty Sixty concept * Conduct sales by understanding patients' needs and recommending frames, lenses, and treatments * Other duties as assigned by the store manager What We're Looking For: We want someone who: * Has prior experience as an Eye Exam Technician (required) * LOVES helping people and making meaningful connections * Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (up to 60 exams/day) * Is a team player with strong people skills * Can confidently use technical equipment and software * Pays attention to detail and delivers precision in every task * Is proactive, ambitious, and excited about growth opportunities * Isn't afraid of change and wants to be part of a unique adventure Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * How many years of experience as an eye exam technician do you have? * Are you available full time ? * Are you available in the next few days for an in-store interview phase to give us a quick look at your skills ?
