Job Overview We're looking for a hands-on accountant who works well in a fast-moving environment, pays close attention to detail, and can handle daily financial tasks accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities * Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking. * Manage payroll every 2 weeks and calculate commission every month. * Manage quarterly sales tax for CA, and yearly sales tax for other states. * Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy. * Perform journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. * Support auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. * Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient financial management. Experience The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor 's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field in the U.S. * Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience * Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) * Proficient in QuickBooks. * Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese * Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities * Reliable and consistent work schedule with the ability to meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Accounting: 3 years (Required) Language: * Chinese (Required) Work Location: In person
