Budtender/Delivery Driver for San Francisco Cannabis Dispensary Elevated San Francisco seeks compassionate cannabis budtender/delivery driver! Duties & Responsibilities & Requirements: * We are looking for a full-timed budtender who can work 5 days per week and have open availability throughout our business hours. We are open 8AM - 9PM seven days a week. * Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. * Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures. Model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our patient's expectations. * Be on time and fully present during work hours. * Verifying Dr Recommendations and CA state residency * Customer relations and sales * Cash handling * Cleaning; any time away from your register and you're not restocking make sure the store is always tidy, well merchandised, and properly stocked. * Other duties as assigned by Management Team. Skills and/or Abilities: * Exceptional customer service skills * Follow instructions * Desire to learn about our products in order to assist customers * Fun attitude and a strong work ethic * Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality * Ability to creatively cultivate long-term customer relationships * Ability to deal with problems and resolve issues in a professional manner * Be quick and efficient with customers, making them feel welcomed while ensuring your line is moving as quickly as possible.
