Service Call Coordinator Company: ZenTech Consulting Location: Pinellas County, FL Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Reports To: General Manager Position Summary ZenTech Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Call Coordinator to manage post-installation service activity and serve as the primary point of contact for service-related requests. This role plays a critical part in coordinating service calls, communicating with clients and technicians, tracking service activity, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation throughout the service lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and respond to service-related emails daily * Log and track all service calls and updates in Salesforce * Communicate daily with clients regarding service schedules, updates, and completion status * Coordinate with service technicians to obtain updates and collect invoices * Receive, log, and forward service invoices to Accounting * Prepare and distribute service closeout documentation within 60 days of job completion * Obtain same-day shipping quotes upon request * Monitor shipment pickup and delivery status and document all details in Salesforce * Maintain accurate service call logs, shipping records, and supporting documentation Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred * 1-2 years of relevant administrative, service coordination, or customer support experience * Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Required Skills & Knowledge * Excellent customer service and professional communication skills * Strong written and verbal English communication * Administrative and office procedure knowledge * Proficiency with computers, software applications, and office technology * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple service requests, and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and follow-up skills Work Environment * Office-based position in an air-conditioned environment * Approximately 80% administrative/sitting and 20% active work * Frequent computer use and extended screen time * Business casual dress code Why Join ZenTech Consulting * Stable, full-time position with a growing organization * Opportunity to play a key role in service operations and client satisfaction * Collaborative team environment with direct impact on project timelines and outcomes Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
