We are looking for great team members able warmly greet customers with a smile. Your job as the first point of contact with most customers is to help them have a pleasant and easy dining experience with is. Day time and night time availability Your responsibilities will include. * assist customers where possible by providing answers on menu questions and payment-related queries and if necessary refer customers to the right person to answer queries and deal with any problems. * Able to take orders in person at the front counter as well as drive thru orders over the intercom * accurately process sales using cash registers * maintain a neat, tidy and orderly work area and help in the cleaning of the lobby. Skills needed for this job include * problem-solving skills * communication skills * information processing ability * accuracy and attention to detail * strong customer service skills * ability to work independently * integrity and honesty * reliability No previous work experience is required we are happy to train you on the job!
