Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for renewable energy. Your ability to engage with potential customers through various sales techniques, including door-to-door outreach and leveraging CRM software, will be essential in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outside sales strategies, including door-to-door marketing.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solar solutions accordingly.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Develop persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any questions or concerns related to their solar systems.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in solar energy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the energy or solar industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently while also demonstrating leadership qualities within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.

Compensation

: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
