CDL-A LIVE HAUL TRUCK DRIVERS HOME DAILY! $5,000 RETENTION BONUS! No Cattle Hauling Experience? No Problem! JBS Carriers Will Train You! Driver Pay Rates: * Earn $76,000 - $88,000 per year * Monday - Friday daily pay: $290 * Daily inspection pay: $13 per 60-minute work session *Winter "Chip Out" (November 1st - February 28th): *$20 for each instance * Daily minimum pay when in training * Wait time: Starts after 90 minutes * Loading/unloading pay * Benefits & Bonuses: $5,000 RETENTION BONUS!! * Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days * Bonuses: for safety and retention * Simplified Orientation : Starts online and concludes at your local terminal Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral: * $50 every week of your referred driver's first year * $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months * Work & Route: * More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock. * Work week: Monday--Friday * Daily Home Time * Running Regions: Sale barns and farmer feeders in WI, MN, IA, IL and MI JBS Carriers may be the biggest, most successful, and most stable company you've never heard of!
