Avalon Institute, is looking to add a new Salon Coordinator to its team. You must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. Essential Job Duties: * Greet all guests enthusiastically and professionally * Answer the phone and schedule appointments for the student stylists * Take and deliver messages * Accept payments * Assist with sales of products * Maintain the school's image * Other administrative tasks The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent customer service skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Front office experience * Competence in computer skills * Friendly and outgoing personality * Maintain professional appearance * Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality * Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times * Clear and effective communication skills * Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. * Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus If this sounds like a good fit for you e-mail your resume and a brief explanation of why you think you would be a great addition to our team.
