About Us: We are a well-established cosmetic surgery practice with locations in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. Our team is patient-focused, professional, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience from consultation through post-operative care. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated, Spanish-speaking Patient Care Coordinator with a strong sales mindset to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building rapport with patients, guiding them through elective cosmetic procedures, and helping convert consultations into scheduled surgeries. Medical experience is highly valued, particularly backgrounds as a Surgical Technician, Medical Assistant, or LVN, but is not required for the right candidate with strong sales and patient communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients * Assist with consultations and educate patients on cosmetic procedures and treatment options * Present pricing, financing options, and confidently close surgical and non-surgical sales * Coordinate surgery scheduling, pre-operative requirements, and follow-up appointments * Communicate clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation * Collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and front office team * Travel between Beverly Hills and Newport Beach locations as needed Qualifications: * Fluent in Spanish and English (required) * Proven experience in sales, patient coordination, or consultation-based roles * Experience in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics preferred * Background as a Surgical Tech, Medical Assistant, or LVN is a plus * Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills * Professional appearance and demeanor * Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between locations * Availability to work Saturdays (required) What We Offer: * Competitive hourly pay ($25-$35/hour, based on experience) * Opportunity to work in a high-end cosmetic surgery environment * Supportive, team-oriented culture * Growth opportunities within a thriving practice How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in cosmetic surgery.
