No mortgage experience required, but a minimum of 3 years of direct, closing-focused sales experience is non- negotiable. You'll be provided up to 200 mortgage leads, paid $25/hour, and rewarded with $500 per closed loan while you master the process. Within 6-12 months, consistent top performers are promoted into a Junior Loan Officer role.
