We're hiring a Lead Conversion Specialist who can do one thing exceptionally well: convert leads. No mortgage experience required, but a minimum of 3 years of direct, closing-focused sales experience is non- negotiable. You'll be provided up to 200 mortgage leads, paid $25/hour, and rewarded with $500 per closed loan while you master the process. Within 6-12 months, consistent top performers are promoted into a Junior Loan Officer role. This is not customer service, and it's not a long-term entry seat--it's a launchpad for closers who want real upside From there, the income curve steepens fast.
