A fast-paced promotional branding company is seeking a Logistics/Order Assistant to support order processing, production coordination, and customer communication. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask while managing multiple ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities * Communicate daily with Sales Representatives, overseas factories, and customers regarding order status. * Provide regular updates to customers via phone and email throughout the order lifecycle. * Enter purchase orders into the system and send finalized POs to factories. * Coordinate artwork and ensure accurate submission to factories. * Track shipments and communicate delivery timelines. * Maintain and update order logs, status sheets, and production timelines. * Handle customer invoicing accurately and promptly.
