*You MUST have at least one year of experience as a PCC/Surgical Coordinator in a Plastic Surgery Practice, Cosmetic Dental Surgery, Cardiac Surgery or other surgical specialties where you walked the patient through the surgical process from the initial phone call to the final follow up visit. Healthcare sales experience is required. Salary: $28-34/hr plus benefits M-F 9-5, some flexibility is needed PCC/Patient Care Coordinator, Surgical Coordinator needed for World Renowned, Best in Class Plastic Surgeon in Beverly Hills. Seeking a friendly, outgoing team player with deep understanding of Plastic Surgery and the surgical process. Proven sales track record required. Duties: Manage all components of the patient care process, including scheduling, confirmations, patient consult, practitioner alignment, pre-treatment payment and scheduling as well as follow-up process in accordance with best-in-class standards Work with providers to develop and prepare patient-specific treatment plans. Accurately manage scheduling of all appointments: consults, appointments, and services in the EMR system, and make necessary changes as they arise, such as cancellations and rescheduling, as necessary. Assist with tracking previous potential patients for future treatments Maintain a full understanding of services, cosmetic procedures, recommend and educate to patients that serve to achieve the results the patient's desire. Schedule surgical and non-surgical treatments, as well as pre- and post- operative appointments. Present pre and post instructions and consent patients for surgery Sustain and/or create patient collaterals including, new patient packets, patient treatment quotes, information packets, etc. Be professional and courteous when presented with different personality types - remedy any instances where a patient is unhappy with the quality of service received. Resolve with providers. Track and evaluate patient and procedure conversion rates. Regularly communicate these results to the doctor and/or practice management. Remain active in continuing education to ensure knowledge base is current and consistent with expectations of the practice and healthcare industry. Some Front Office duties, as well.
