Join a solid, fast-growing company seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Billing & Service Operations professional for a 6+ month assignment. This role is responsible for processing service call and small project invoicing, reviewing work orders for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring billing is timely, accurate, and contract-compliant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in systems such as IFS or similar billing platforms, and confident using Excel and Word in a fast-paced environment. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, while construction or service industry experience is a plus.
