Full description of the position

An esthetician provides services focused on skin care including, but not limited to, skin treatments and facials. Duties/Responsibilities: * Evaluate a customer's skin condition and offer recommendations for * treatments * Recommend skincare products to customers, including lotions, facial washes * and moisturizers * Complete facials with the intention of moisturizing and cleaning * Maintain beauty and skincare tools * Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and moisturizing, tailored to each client's specific skincare needs. * Administer advanced facial treatments such as Hydra Facials with precision and care. * Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens. * Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and ready for use. * Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations to promote skin health and longevity. * Uphold high standards of customer service by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients throughout their visit. * Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction. * Collaborate with other team members, including estheticians, receptionists, and managers, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. * Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and compliant work environment. * Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues. * Other duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent sales and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: * Esthetician license is required. * > 2-5 years experience is a must. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at the workstation. * Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds at times. * Must be able to regularly travel throughout the location.
