An esthetician provides services focused on skin care including, but not limited to, skin treatments and facials.

Duties

Responsibilities

:

• Evaluate a customer's skin condition and offer recommendations for
• treatments
• Recommend skincare products to customers, including lotions, facial washes
• and moisturizers
• Complete facials with the intention of moisturizing and cleaning
• Maintain beauty and skincare tools
• Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and moisturizing, tailored to each client's specific skincare needs.
• Administer advanced facial treatments such as Hydra Facials with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and ready for use.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations to promote skin health and longevity.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients throughout their visit.
• Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members, including estheticians, receptionists, and managers, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and compliant work environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Education and Experience

:

• Esthetician license is required.
• > 2-5 years experience is a must. Physical

Requirements

:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at the workstation.
• Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds at times.
• Must be able to regularly travel throughout the location. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 per hour
