We're actively hiring Customer Enrollment Representative to join our customer- facing sales team and support our growing fiber business development campaigns. This full-time, entry level role is perfect for individuals who are motivated to learn, love working with people, and want to gain experience in fiber and internet sales, customer support, and account management. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll be the face of our telecom clients, engaging directly with customers to help them understand internet and account services. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, You Will: * Work directly with customers to explain AT&T service options, product features, and internet account services. * Manage new and existing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. * Help customers upgrade services, resolve issues, and make confident purchase decisions. * Track customer activity, follow up on inquiries, and manage service updates. * Deliver consistent sales support in a goal-oriented, team-driven environment. * Collaborate with other Customer Enrollment Representatives and managers to achieve customer service and sales benchmarks.
