Summary We are seeking a licensed outpatient mental health therapist for growing practice, integrating medical care and psychological care and we would love to have you as a part of our team! Limited License and Fully Licensed Individuals are accepted Responsibilities and Duties * Job will consist of running a full time clinical case load with 28 face-to-face client hours per week, each employee varies on the caseload they feel comfortable with. * Candidate will be required to do intakes as well as treatment of mental health disorders while coordinating care with medical professionals. * Must be competent at intake assessment, diagnosis and treatment, rapport building and ethical use of therapeutic techniques * For Psychometrist positions; TLLP, LLP, or LP candidates must be familiar with psychological and neuropsychological batteries (MMPI, WAIS, WISC, etc) for evaluations Qualifications and Skills * Candidate must meet best practices and benchmarks for continued treatment and revenue production for psychotherapists in our geographic area. * Must have computer skills competent enough to complete electronic medical records and treatment plans. * Candidate must have excellent clinical skills and be able to treat all DSM 5 mental health disorders in a manner consistent with ethical and proven therapy techniques. All we ask is that you meet your agreed upon hours and work during peek client times (3PM-7PM) * Employee will be furnished with reception staff, their own personal room for practice - including furniture and other decorations picked out by you, liability insurance, billing and coding supervision, billing services, enrollment, participation and credentialing with major insurance companies, intakes and referrals to fill practice, and other requirements as needed to practice. *THIS IS A TURN KEY PRACTICE We want you to come to work, treat clients, do your notes, and go home. We want to handle the rest! * Competitive pay rates with salary or hourly options available for discussion * W-2 Employment - no worries about paying your own taxes * Simple IRA for employee retirement benefits contributions * 401k with employer matching * Healthcare, vision, and dental with employer contribution * PTO starts at 72 hours per calendar year and is front loaded January 1st of each year * Life insurance, disability insurance, and additional vision/dental options available Job Types: Full-time Pay: Limited license psychologists before passing the EPPP, LLMSW, LLPC, pay starts between $55,000-$68,000. Once you pass your exam and become fully licensed, we will raise your pay by 5%, with a growth oriented yearly raise in addition to that of 3-7% based on performance. Fully Licensed Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Masters level Psychologists - Pay starts at $65,000-$75,000 depending on schedule worked and experience. This position also includes a growth centered increase of 3-7% per year based on performance. Pay Differential of 5% offered to employees working Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. DONT BE FOOLED BY 1099 JOBS! We see so many, especially new practitioners, falling for the "big check" of working a 1099 job. While the large check looks great, after you have paid your taxes, paid for your unemployment tax, health insurance, retirement, and possibly billing and reception (depending on where you work), you actually have more money at the end of the year, post tax, by working with us as a W-2 employee; and you rarely get your own office, and never will you get the flexibility that we offer! You will also have the peace of mind that you don't have to wait for the practice to be paid for you to get paid. Your check is the same every pay period. We handle all billing and extras! You get an office of your own, and as a limited license we treat you just like another part of the family. You do your own intakes, treatment planning, treatment, discharge, and anything else a fully licensed individual does. All while being provided top level supervision at no cost to you!
